Tulips & Windmills is a charming time-killer that delivers a relaxing, almost meditative experience. With its soothing visuals, gentle soundtrack, and simple click-based farming mechanics, it’s a great game to unwind with after a long day. Watching tulip fields bloom and windmills turn against a picturesque backdrop is oddly satisfying.

However, the game’s charm starts to fade once you reach the higher-tier fields. When plots are costing 120k+ and each click yields only 20 crops, progression slows to a frustrating crawl. What starts as a pleasant, idle farming experience soon turns into a grind. With no new mechanics or significant upgrades to keep things fresh, boredom inevitably sets in.

We’re hoping the developer takes note and adds more depth to the gameplay—whether through new upgrades, automation, or bonus mechanics. As it stands, Tulips & Windmills is a lovely way to pass the time, but it needs more content to remain engaging in the long run. Here’s to hoping for a promising update!

Would I recommend it? If you enjoy short, relaxing clicker games, then yes—but don’t expect long-term engagement.
