Pure unadulterated fun.

Never has genocide been this fun!

Wanted to jump in to try and see if my PC can handle it. Ended up playing 2.5 Hours and only stopped because my alarm told me I had to go to bed for work tomorrow.

Probably one of the best "survival" type games on VR right now. Constant updates, great developers!

If you are not working on exterminating the Karling dynasty and installing your own as the rulers of the Holy Roman Empire, then I don't know what you are doing with your time. Get on it!

In all seriousness, this is an expensive (wait for sales!) and expansive game. But if you like grad strategy and love the medieval ages this is the game for you. The learning curve will be steep, the frustrations will be running high; But when you achieve your ludicrous goals the cathartic feeling is almost second to none.

Do you have spare time? Well, if you want to keep it that way, you should NOT buy this game. The turn based nature alone makes you play it for "just a few turns" and you will keep telling yourself that. Before you know it you have been playing for a week straight and the putrid smell in your house turns out to be your dog that has died of starvation and your children have run to CPS and you are getting arrested. Thanks Civ V! 10/10 Must buy.

Wasted hours of my life on this that I will never get back, 10/10 would waste again.
