Console player of 14 years looking to move my gaming experience to the next level.

As I grew older I realized how restrictive and casual the the platform was as a whole.
And when more skill demanding games came around like R6S, I started to hit a skill ceiling with the controller. You could only build so much muscle memory within an inch of free motion..

The competitive experience was nothing much to talk about either...
At least 70 percent of the player base consist of single-celled organisms.. The rest that aren't are mainly casuals.. The very, very few skilled players on there weren't anything too serious either, due to the lackluster peripheral.

The controller acted almost as an equalizer of skill, like indirect RNG for every game.. No matter how good you were, a simple surprise, or one or more enemies popping out from odd angles could send you spraying all over the place.. Potato aim on pc would be seen as an "OOoooohhhh!!!!" moment on console.

So to sum it up, The restrictive os, terrible peripheral, toxic playerbase, very unimpressive graphics, fps cap, and paying 60 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dollars a year, just to play the game I already bought, on the console I already bought, just wasn't doing it for me anymore.

I could literally go on forever.. Soooo many topics I held myself from going over.. But I'll save that sob story for another day.

PC IS UP AND RUNNING!! - January 28, 2019

I'm so proud that I went through with building the pc instead of copping out for a prebuilt. It was a hard and long decision; Scary one too...
But at the end of the day I regret nothing.

Now Let's Makes Some Memories.
