Enkelt Recept På Hur Man Gör Kladdkaka!

1. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader.
2. Smält matfettet i en kastrull som rymmer ca 2 liter. Ta kastrullen från värmen.
3. Rör ner socker, kakao och vaniljsocker i det smälta matfettet. Tillsätt äggen, ett i taget, under omrörning. Rör till sist ner vetemjöl.
4. Bred ut smeten i en smord och bröad form med löstagbar kant, ca 24 cm i diameter. Grädda kakan i nedre delen av ugnen 20 minuter, inte längre, kakan ska vara lös i mitten.
5. Låt kakan kallna och ställ den sedan i kylen ca 1 timme. Sikta eventuellt över lite florsocker strax innan kakan ska serveras.
