How do i stop playing this less than 8 hours per day? Any help? :o

I. NEED. HELP.

It's a Survival game with capital S letter.
Fairly complex and atmosphere is absolutely minblowing.

I love it. My first play session started at 7PM and was 19h 30m long and i didn't even got to sleep and eat because i was so involved by gameplay, story and graphics the whole time :>

-It's impossible to level up from lvl 80 and above, even with 20 level difference on nigtmare difficulty
-Half of achievements bugged out and wont work
-It's impossible grind to get better gear on nightmare difficulty, nothing dropped in 3-4 hours of grinding
-I'm assuming at this point game forces players to buy satanic keys for real money, in order to be able to progress (which is BS)


-There is no one shot protection, so my 85 lvl marksman spent 30 hours on died in one hit, while dealing absolutely 0 damage to mobs around on hell dificulty

TLDR: it's awful

- 10% of time spent: yay, cool DLC
- 90% of time: WHERE DO I F***ING GO?
- DLC costs more than original game, it's like a trap for achievehunters x^x
