I would like nothing more than to leave a positive review. However, with the current blocking of private hosted servers from NITRADO and SNAIL GAMES, I'm not going to recommend this. Both companies promised that everything would be as in Ark: Survival Evolved, but an hour or so after release they published their "new" info. Info they withheld on purpose so the most amount of people would buy the game.

Endless fun and a blast with friends. Cannot go wrong here.

Good fun COOP shooter! Especially with friends.

Surprisingly good! I've put more hours in this than most of my AAA games. It reminds me of old BBS games. Love it.

Does a lot right, good ol adventuring fun.

Strangely soothing to play when BTs aren't trying to kill you.

Kinda like Factorio in 3D. Needs more PVE but incredible potential.

I am not sure how anyone rates this game positive. It is one of the most broken survival games on steam. It baffles me how this game has a "Very Positive" user review rating... Thank god I only spent 119 minutes playing the first time and I was able to get a refund.

The game does not play or feel at all like shown in the videos.

Combat is ridiculously broken and clunky, so is building and everything else. I'll admit the game looks good on paper and in the promo videos but that's it.

Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

As a new, solo and Australian player I feel I have to write this review. Before I purchased the game I read many of the positive but also almost all the negative reviews for the game and I feel that as of now they are not justified.

-I could get games as a shark or as a diver within 5 minutes on Australian servers only consistantly. (Negative reviews said it was impossible to get a game especially on Australian servers)
-The game is quite polished on both sides(some quirks remain but nothing that will prevent you from having a ball)
-I feel like the game is quite balanced, Sharks do feel a bit overpowered when playing against un-experienced divers but that is not the game's fault. I have seen some quite terrible sharks who we promtly stomped. So when the chips are down it's all about coordination and skill. (a lot of the bad reviews made it sound like either party was so OP there was nothing to be done to win against side X)
-The game awesome fun, it plays on the primal fear of being eaten by sharks. I mean who does not have that even since watching JAWS. It is great to play as both sharks and divers, while as a shark you have the thrill of the hunt and all that. As a diver it's the suspense and the stress of being hunted and even with good equipement a smart shark will tear you to peices, completely nerve wracking(in a good way).
-A lot of the bad reviews ragged on production value and frankly I dont see where they are comming from. The UI while simple is fine, sure it doesnt have neat animations and transitions. Who cares, it does all it needs to do.
-Playing this with 5 friends must just be gold and I do hope I can convince five of mine to pick it up so we can do so!

Is the lack of content an issue? Not one bit. This is like the good old times of CS. Who cares if we are playing Dust ad neaseum the fun factor isnt lost because there is only X number of maps, I wouldnt care if they had only one. Could it use more content? Well sure, it's like Ice cream, do you want more awesome? Of course I do. It will come in time. They already added a new game mode (I have not tried it yet).

Is it worth 25 dollars? Absolutely. I debated to wait for a sale to pick it up at a discount but then changed my mind to support the devs. Very happy with my choice. I see myself sinking a ton of hours in this game!
