While only a PVP game, it still manages to be a decent capture of the feel of MechWarrior, and with frequent events there's no obligation to pay money to fully enjoy the game.

low poly Battlefield that runs well almost all the time. Gameplay is quick, and progression is long enough to give you something to work for. Absolutely get yourself a clan to play with, though.

It's basically Diablo 2 but less edgy. Typical ARPG gameplay, click on things, watch your health, pick up loot.

Simple and fun.

A fun combination of Deep Rock Galactic and Synthetik, with the added chaos factor of being able to easily die to both your teammates and your own supply drops. Definitely more fun with more people, and can do two people on PC if one uses a controller.

Incredibly mediocre combat, uninteresting quests, and terrible voice acting and dialogue. If you're looking for a top-down dungeon game, just go play Path of Exile, it's a lot better.

Just go play MechWarrior Online, better experience for giant robot combat.

Absolutely gorgeous iso-shooter. The way the camera shifts in certain areas can feel annoying at first, but you learn to appreciate the art it shows. Storyline is a little uninspired, but certainly still entertaining. Gameplay is solid enough, and the guns and armor system work well.

Definitely worth looking into.

Finished the tutorial where I had to unplug my controller because the game didn't want to show the M/K prompts. Controls felt kinda iffy but I figured that'd go away after a match or two.

First 3v3 match turned into me trying to solo against two people. Not a fun experience.

Rather clunky and aged compared to its successor, and definitely outshined in overall quality and content by the more popular Diablo and Path of Exile, but still retains a level of charm.

A fairly fun game, the mechanics of the portals definitely add a layer of strategy and chaos to the mix, and the guns are all pretty satisfying to use. Most of the maps are solid with regards to how the portals work.

Only gripe is that the game feels a little quiet, perhaps the addition of some minor gameplay music, with option to turn it off, would help make the game feel more lively.
