Did you like the first RoR? Of course you did. Even in early access this game is a more than worthy successor. Same vibes and fun with some additions in a new 3D environment .Get it for yourself. Get it for a friend.

This game is pretty relaxing as long as you're not going for the time trials. It's simple, quiet, and fun. If you don't like heights, it might take a little getting used to in the game, but if you push past it you're in for a treat.

Being a fire lookout never seemed so appealing. If you want to feel something, get this piece of art asap. Also, did you know that the National Forest Foundation rents out unmanned lookout towers during the summer?

I got this game in a Humble Bundle some time ago, started it, and never finished it. Well today was the day. I regret not doing it sooner. The overlayed narration and story were entertaining and the duels were fun to do. Especially going for honorable kills. The skirmishes that make up the majority of the game started to get a little old, but the climax and resolution came just in time to balance that out. Really interesting game with stroytelling to get wrapped up in.

Even after all this time the soundtrack keeps me coming back!

It's pretty relaxing to play. Nice writing, great music, and fantastic artwork. The fighting is pretty good too and isn't something I've seen exactly done before. It's turn based, but also relies on speed and the specific action you use on your turn. That also changes if your opponent jumps in front of you on this meter that shows when you can use an action. In the fighting scenes though, it's fixed and free flow. You can still control your little light buddy to slow enemies speed on your cast bar on the bottom and to pick up HP and MP replenishers. There are skill trees which are pretty familiar, except that you kind of start in the middle and branch off in three different directions. It really is a great game and I think it should have done a little better on the metascore.

This game? Right here? GREAT GAME! Much more in depth that you may have been led to believe. The first time I loaded it up I played for 3 hours without even realizing it. Lots of game modes that alternate as you proceed through the map and a bunch of different enemies, melee weapons, ranged weapons, and death slow-mos. Fun with a mouse or gamepad. Also, since you only need one finger, you have a free hand to scratch your nose!! Heaven

I have no idea how this is so entertaining. I'd get it again. The narrator told me to press the "Yes" button to recommend it.

Don't let the almost infinite options overwhelm you. This game is awesome!
