One of the best game in the series. The simulation is realistic, with the mods developed by the community, the game becomes well balanced, correcting some flaws. So the mods are required.
Traffic is a real problem you have to deal, really boring. The pollution is also a problem, but there are a lot of ways to handle it.
You have to develop the cities in the region, because one city influences the neighboring ones.
