Very fun and funny game, though rough around the edges and way too short. It's like if Goat Simulator actually had good mechanics.
It is a very short game, you'll only get 5-7 hours of gameplay out of it realistically. Given that and its general lack of polish, it really isn't worth $20. I honestly figured this game had a team less than half the size that it actually did, and I still expected it to be over twice as long. 128 people helped make this, and the game has been in development for at least two years, which just makes me wonder where all of that effort went.
Wait for a sale below $15 and pick it up.

Fight Knight is a very good game. Fun puzzles, unique and addicting combat, great visual style, and overall a very competently made game. Though it's not perfect, it's still definitely one of the greatest indie games I've ever played. Give it a try.

I definitely recommend that you play this game.

Inmost is an action-adventure-puzzle-platformer sort of like Oddworld or Prince of Persia, but much more modernized and not so difficult and not at all punishing. All of your actions are kept even if you die, so you never lose any progress.

Challenge wise, all of the obstacles, enemy placements, puzzles, etc have a decent level of challenge, but are also on the easy side. This certainly isn't a game that'll make you enraged or overly frustrated, but it's also not boringly easy either. It's a pretty good balance.

It has many fun segments that make you think a bit, and progression always feels rewarding and satisfying.

This game is the opposite of "rough around the edges." The way your character seamlessly and organically interacts with the world is incredibly impressive, every moment and everything you do has a custom animation and feels unique and believable, and makes the game very immersive. It's a very well-polished and expertly crafted experience.

The story and events are very gripping, and it does a great job of evoking a wide range of strong emotions through it's interactive storytelling.

The only real gripe I have with this game is that the story straddles the line between subtle and just straight up confusing. Some of the metaphors it uses for it's storytelling don't really translate to reality in a clear way, so it can be hard to tell what the whole picture that the story is trying to convey actually is, especially for the <end of game spoiler> the Knight/son character.

Overall, Inmost is a beautiful experience. It's a pretty short game, but it accomplishes a ton in that time.

Very fun and unique gameplay with many different fun character builds to choose from. Very interesting story and characters, Overall a very well crafted and deep experience. It's not quite AAA quality, but it sure comes close. In addition to the main story, I finished all of the side quests I found, and got 137 hours of playtime out of it, which is a very respectable amount of content. It'd be worth buying at around $20-$30, so the fact that it's completely free makes it a must play.

Absolutely incredible, one of the most unique and charming games I've ever played. Very fun twists on JRPG mechanics and very cool and surreal art and animations. The pacing of the game is very well-balanced, it doesn't feel too fast or slow and constantly keeps you engaged in exploring the world. Poses some good challenges without being too frustrating. This game is worth every penny, and it'll only take two to three hours to play through to the end. Buy now, you won't regret it.

Serious review alert, no memes here.

This game is a hilarious action platformer and is genuinely really great, it's definitely one of the funniest games I've ever played but also has challenging and fun gameplay, though it's a bit unpolished and frustrating at times.

There's a lot of small bugs I encountered, but they were mostly just funny to see and didn't really get in the way (a boss once froze in place and just let me kill them, moving platforms act strange when you go at them from the wrong side, and other even smaller things). There's also a lot of framerate issues stemming from the lack of optimization, but it's mostly just during cutscenes and doesn't inhibit gameplay too much.

The boss fights are very fun and challenging, and none of them feel too similar to one another. There's a few design flaws in some of the bosses, however, mainly the ones at the end which just felt kind of slapped together and anti-climactic. There's also a few where it feels like you don't have much choice in the way of strategy and just have to throw yourself at them and get lucky, but they're still pretty good regardless.

The level design is absolutely fantastic, nothing ever feels too samey or repetitive and the levels always think of a new type of challenge to pose to the player. The different levels each have different themes and feel very unique from each other. Sometimes the platforms are hard to see or blend in with the background too much, but you quickly learn what is and isn't a platform. The checkpoints which you respawn at are all placed very fairly and don't make you redo any of the simple stuff just because of one difficult part that keeps tripping you up.

The sound design and art are well-done. The pixel art style certainly isn't an excuse to be lazy, there's clearly effort and experience behind the visuals in this game. The characters and enemies all look really distinct and fitting of how they act, even though 99% of them are skeletons. The music is also pretty catchy, and the choice of sound effects are funny as well as satisfying. The Dragon Ball sound effects used for the punches work really well, and the yells that escalate in pitch when you resize the window had me rolling.

The controls have some notable flaws. You keep your momentum even after you stop pressing anything, which makes the controls feel a little slippery, but it works well in making the platforming adequately challenging. The main issue I have is that there is no input buffer, meaning if you time a jump literally one frame too late or one frame too early you will miss your jump and die. This is absolutely the worst and most frustrating part about this game, by absolutely no means should any platformer go without an input buffer. It's essential.

The humor, as stated before, is top-notch. There's never a dull moment with this game, with it's plentiful visual gags, silly audio, and goofy dialogue, the humor definitely takes the main focus in this game. It will leave you laughing out loud plenty of times throughout your playthrough of it. It doesn't rely on memes for it's humor, but definitely can have some parallels drawn with it's heavily ironic an weird sense of humor. It still definitely doesn't age like dairy like normal memes do.

That said, despite its flaws it is still a very fun and pretty short game that costs less than a trip to McDonalds. Just buy it already, it's definitely worth your time.

Very unique and well executed puzzle / detective / story game.

PROS:

* Masterful use of graphic and level design that let's you easily explore without feeling lost, and makes story progression feel challenging but fair.

* Rewards you with new game mechanics that feel believable and consistently keep the experience fresh, as well as accomplishing.

* Both the visual and musical aesthetics are highly appealing and unique. They're crafted in ways that both compliment the setting of the game and add characterization to the people and companies found within the game.

* Crisp sound design that makes your actions feel satisfying. The clacking of the keys when you press buttons on the keyboard was a very nice touch.

* Writing keeps a nice balance between being being silly and being serious. The comedy is somewhat subtle, nothing that will make you burst out in a crying-laughing fit, which helps to keep the dramatic events from feeling like whiplash.

* Thought-provoking balance between realism and surrealism, with both parody and subtle commentary on real life that helps establish it's own identity and themes with a lot of room to interpret, but without being preachy.

* World building has very high attention to detail, with characters that are convincing and captivating despite the vast majority of them never having any direct interaction with the player, which is an interesting new perspective. The characters do still indirectly respond to you through your actions, however, making it clear that everything you has an impact on the world.

CONS:

* Contained a few small bugs that caused confusion and impeded immersion.

* User interface felt somewhat clunky (although it fits with the 90's computer theme).

* Puzzles are designed in a way that have a very broad focus, meaning that if you get stuck on a puzzle, you could very well end up searching every nook and cranny in the game to try and find the answer (Though this isn't as bad as it sounds with the relatively small scale of the game).

* Characters that the game really wants you to think are bad or stupid will often have an unrealistic amount of spelling errors, which feels completely unsubtle and ridiculous.

* Ending felt unsatisfying and low-effort compared to the rest of the game. Loose ends that could've been easily tied up with a few conversations after the final event were left completely untouched, which feels not only disappointing, but unrealistic in context.

FINAL SCORE:

8/10
