When ideas are challenged by others, Derp listens to their view and tries to defend a position, but may not yet have the experience or authority to present the case well. Or may be over-aggressive in defending a position. Appears confident with familiar situations and people, but still sometimes nervous or over-confident when in an unfamiliar context. Derp can hold and engage an audience, but not convincing or persuasive enough to be used as a keynote speaker/presenter. When working with a set of data, Derp is beginning to learn how to organize the results, but is not yet ready or competent enough to draw the right conclusions.
