The short answer from a long time Civ fan is this: It's just boring to play.

The desire for "Just One More Turn" is totally absent.

I really hope they can turn this one around but as it stands I think I'm going to put this one down until it gets some major updates.

Very disappointing, I hope to be able to rewrite this review as a positive one in the future.

It's like that really hot girl you went to school with finally let you take her on a date and she's boooooring.

This isn't a game and at the rate it's going it never will be.
