I was a bit hesitant on the game since the reviews were mediocre but I was pleasantly surprised by the end result. The story overall was "ok" and a lot of unskippable cutscenes but the gameplay was solid. If you are looking for a magic FPS game with good gameplay then this is a solid option!

The three types of magic (red, blue, and green) all had their purpose and use cases and specific enemies could only be damaged by their respective color which forced you to engage differently. There are 6 different abilities or furies, the gravity and time slow one I used less than 5 times total and the green missile one was used by far the most. These abilities probably could have been tweaked better to be more useful.

The puzzle aspect was interesting, some of the refract puzzles were annoying but none were over the top difficult for no reason. The shroudfanes were neat but felt very repetitive, would have been nice to see some more variance here. The Den of the Six, shroudfane bosses, were a nice touch and not overly difficult.

Only other gripe is performance/optimization, I have a 5800x/3090 and on mostly high settings at 1080p I was getting about 60-80FPS and very occasional brief dips to 45FPS. Would have liked to see closer to the 120-140 mark but it was still playable.

Definitely worth getting on sale but I don't think its worth the full 60 dollar price tag. Definitely worth <30 IMO.

Originally got Bright Memory back in 04/2020 and had a great time and didn't know Infinite came out until a few days ago when I saw it popup in my Steam Library. Overall Infinite is a very fun game with amazing visuals, gunplay, and movement mechanics given the very small dev team. As others mentioned it is very short (I completed it in 1 hour and 58 minutes with looking around each level for the relics) and the story is just OK. Definitely recommend picking it up if you see it on sale or if you have 20 bucks burning a hole in your pocket.

I hope the devs come out with more missions/extend the campaign with DLC (3-4+ more hours of gameplay would be fantastic) if that is feasible. Also bikini skin best skin.

What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ending to this game series. I'd be lying if I said I didn't tear up at the end. Since Telltale is no more, this seems to be the end of Clem's story and damnit I wish it wasn't. 10/10, would recommend.

Welp I'm hooked... Never played ME before this and I'm not a huge fan of playing old titles due to the terribad graphics, especially if it is story based but I've played through both ME1 and ME2 so far and it was an absolute blast. BioWare killed it on the story so far and can't wait to play through ME3.

10/10-IGN, 9.5/10- freethrow my pirates

EDIT: Completed ME3, wow, what a game. First game in years that after I finished it, I went immediately back to start another playthrough. Pls release ME4 soon BioWare so I can no-life that game too, thx.

Just finished the demo (didn't know it was just the demo/EP 1 when I bought it but hey it was only like 4 bucks so no biggie) and the full game definitely has some potential. So far it feels like a mix of Doom and Tomb Raider to me and I absolutely loved those games so I felt right at home with this.

Pros:
Gunplay
Graphics/Artstyle
Character Mobility

The gunplay was probably the best part of it (This is where it mixes in a little Doom flavor). Guns felt good and enjoyable to use. The graphics were good for a non AAA title and had no issues with it. Your character is hypermobile which feels good when it works right.

Cons: Mobility usage
Controls

So the only cons I can think of are related to the controls and being able to use the hypermobility affects. The controls are currently locked and cannot be changed (again this is just for the demo but I thought I'd add it in anyways). But using your abilities to get away did not work all the time as I'd expect. The double jump would work about 70% of the time and my dash left/right would either just flat out not work or do a double dash.

Minor polishing on the controls and mobility stuff and I think it will be great!

9/10 -IGN

Fun take on an Arena shooter. Gameplay is solid, gunplay is decent, map design is good. Only bad side is waiting for matches which can take a few minutes to find one game.
