Has all the best components of an RTS. Kinda like Command and Conquer, but very stable and scales to a huge number of units. Modding is very easy, but I wish there were support for some sort of scripting. User-hosted dedicated servers would be nice too.

They made a typo in the name of the game. It's spelled : "Star Trek: Lost Colony". Everything else is great though.

Me Raving:
This game is a lot like Delver, but better. Multiplayer is very important to me, and something that delver does not have. Lots of variety in items, and you can examine just about anything, similar to many roguelikes. Very challenging. Also, it's written using SDL, which I consider a major plus. The game appears to have a lot of depth to it and i think it will become very popular.

Me Ranting:
The game could provide guidance on how to play, and the menus are a little hard to navigate using the "x" pointer.
