Tactical Breach Wizards is an incredibly funny tactics game, in the vain of Xcom. Playing as wizards comes with some very neat takes on the genre, which makes it excellent for new players and veterans alike. It's also got a cel-shaded art style, which is very pleasing to look at when you're pondering your next move or working your way through the dialogue trees in-between missions.
