FYI, do not use the refund system unless you buy only ONE item. Their system is screwed up where if you want one item refunded out of the list of games you've bought at one time, they refund them ALL.
Trying to talk to their support about it is like talking to a wall that keeps repeating their refund policy which says nothing about this. I think the people responded just see "refund" in the title and just assume you want one instead of actually reading the trouble ticket. I've worked with people like this before. Really annoying.
