In this game, you play as Jin Sakai, a samurai who must defend the island from a Mongol invasion. Throughout Jin’s journey, you can fight not only as a traditional samurai, but also as a stealthy ninja. The graphics are stunning, and the music and artistic detail make this one of the most beautiful games I have ever played.

The story is about duty, leadership, revenge, and loyalty. Jin believes the only way to protect Tsushima is to betray the governor of the island and abandon the samurai code. Because of this, he stops being a samurai, but the people worship him as the island’s avenger and call him the Ghost of Tsushima.

I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys open-world adventures, especially those interested in Japanese culture. What I would say to them is: go and try it! Like me, you might find the game so captivating and visually impressive that it inspires you to visit Japan and explore the history of the samurai.
