Calling this a "game" would be nothing short of egregious. The dev puts it the best - this is an aesthetic concept, an experiment. But still, calling it that doesn't save it from being remarkably bland and boring. The story is extremely simple, your gf gets shot, you hook up her heart to your car through some cybermagic and now the car's engine is keeping her alive. Drive too fast, she dies. Drive too slow, she dies. That's it. That's the whole game - sorry, aesthetic concept. The track you're driving on doesn't change much, there is no end goal. From time to time, a helicopter shows up and starts shooting at you. Why? Idk, maybe an attempt to make the game a little more interesting. You can turn it off in the settings.
Speaking of settings, the game menus aren't very nice aesthetically, but that's my only complaint artwise. The music is fantastic, it's also great that you can add your own, though I haven't tested that.
As for the controls, they're terrible. For a game where you basically just hold W and Shift, the steering sure is awful. The car feels slippery, almost as if the road was made of ice. Collision physics are not handled well, your car can get stuck, sent flying, or get flipped. On my "playthrough", my car got flipped 90 degrees after I drove into a lamp post and I was able to drive on an invisible wall for a while.
All in all, there really isn't a reason to buy and play this game, except for the letter achievements. Other achievements are not only poorly translated for the most part, but more importantly uninspired and a pain to get. If only they unlocked extra content, like a new car or something. There are much better alternatives to this game mentioned in other reviews and plenty of videos on YouTube with this music and aesthetic, the only two good things about this game.

I do agree that this is a walking simulator, and unfortunately the scerery around you isn't all that interesting to make up for it. Overall the game looks too bland, there's a section that's all yellow, next one is all white, black - you get the idea. The platforming is ok, there were parts where I was frustrated because I somehow slipped and died due to odd geometry. As for the puzzles, they weren't hard, but still somewhat challenging, I liked them. The story is intriguing, however I don't think it was tackled very well. Most of it is told through logs, which is not a bad idea for such a game, but much like the cutscenes, they feel unnatural and not very fluid. The voice acting is decent, however generally the sound isn't this game's strong suit.
And yet, I enjoyed myself playing this game. In fact, it's the only game I ever finished in one sitting. Yes, most of it was spent walking, but I had fun exploring this world. I only wish it wasn't so straightforward, I'd love to see what other monuments and life forms can be found on that planet. It really breaks my heart that I cannot recommend this game, especially not for the full price. Wait for a significant discount or buy it in a bundle just like I did. It's easy to get all 15 achievements and the game is rather short, can be beaten in under 4 hrs. In fact, there is an achievement for that.

Has a lot of potential, but doesn't deliver

As much as I dislike it, I always come back to it.
It is definitelly P2W (the grind is otherwise really hard), but you won't notice this until you're playing Tier V and above. However, playing lower tiers isn't as much fun as it used to be since the last update which took away many of the low-tier tanks. I understand that this is to make going up the tiers easier and less time-consuming, but it also takes away many of the fun tanks, such as MS-1, T-46, Luchs etc. The only bonus I see from this is the removed French TDs, those were some really bad vehicles. While It's nice you can sell these tanks for some gold, if you still have them in your garage, I feel like Wargaming should've compensated us, more advanced players, much better.
Edit: Apparently in this version you cannot input special characters when logging in with a password. Why oh why are the devs so incompetent.
