So what's wrong:
-Bugs, crashes, broken animations, players and AI getting stuck in objects.
-Non-working or incorrect configurations of mechanics (punching is useless, using a flashlight makes no sense, arrest animations cannot be interrupted, etc).
-Random FPS drops on the most powerful and new hardware.
-No 4k support, terrible UI, also no scaling (it’s impossible to look at this when you’re partially blind).
-Terrible AI: AI teammates are completely useless and do not react at all even if two or three people shoot at them in the back, their cone of vision is a small tube, as if they are looking through binoculars. Meanwhile, the suspects run sideways at the speed of Usain Bolt and shoot at the player backwards with 100% accuracy, even through walls, ceilings, floors (at each level there is a suspect who will shoot at the players through all the floors and ceilings). Civilians are extremely suicidal.
-Very strange damage patterns. The player dies from several hits, and suspects without armor continue to run even after several 7.62 bullets in their chest.
-Ballistics also don’t make any sense. 5.56 can penetrate a very thick brick wall, and 9 mm cannot even scratch a plastic or plywood partition.
-Useless armor. It seems to be made of paper, since in SWAT 4 the heavy armor made it possible to withstand machine gun fire without problems.
-Non-lethal weapons are completely useless (SWAT 4: Haha, pepper ball/beanbag go PEW PEW).
-The level layout doesn't make any sense. In reality, you will not find such buildings anywhere, since there is no point in such strange random rooms and corridors that lead nowhere. This is all more like a WAD for Doom.
-No character development. The cops are dummies with no emotions and do not make comments about what is happening (In SWAT 4 they had different behavior, different reactions and behavior with weapons during contacts. For example: Fields often shot at suspects while Jackson shouted at them).
The game has been abandoned for a long time and is not in development
Devs have been inactive for a long time and have not responded in any way to requests from the community to do anything with the game. All players who speak out about the abandoned development receive bans or are ignored. All these Dev Logs are just empty text with promises, sometimes accompanied by old videos from 2 years ago. These are all just promises, but no progress has been made for almost a whole year.

I played over 150 hours (don’t look at the hours above, they are already bugged for the third game) and at first I really liked this game, but if you look at it in general terms, then we got everything described above.

I know that this review will cause butthurt for RoN fanboys, but I described everything as it really is.
