Rezept für Rührei:
Für das Rührei geben Sie zunächst Eier und Milch in einen geeigneten Behälter und rühren die Masse mit einer Gabel oder einem Schneebesen. Geben Sie Salz und Pfeffer hinzu.
Das Rührei bei mittlerer Hitze mit ein wenig Fett in die Pfanne geben. Die Pfanne darf nicht zu heiß sein. Lassen Sie das Ei stocken und rühren Sie die Masse mit einem Holzlöffel durch, bis die komplette Eimasse gestockt ist.
