Buying and playing this game again on PC made me feel like I was 13 again playing Rebirth. Trying to synergize different items, constantly digging into new endings, resetting after failing miserably. It's all so perfect and makes for one of the best rougelike experiences of all time. Not to mention the mods which adds endless value to an already packed game. If you don't already own Rebirth and its DLC you need to and this is imo an essential addition to any steam library

Why is this 6 dollars?!

This game feels pretty horrible to play. From the inconsistent performance even when dropping settings and using FSR to all the characters being damage sponges it's not a fun time. There were only a handful of characters I had fun playing like Spider-Man with his fun and fast paced movement and Rocket being a fun healer that deals out decent damage. Other than that this game needs a lot of buffs to make it worth playing. I will say I do respect having all the characters being unlocked from the start unlike a lot of modern shooters and multiplayer games

I bought this game and put in 10 hours on the first day of playing. Would recommend.

Epic Mickey is a game I hold dear to my heart. I remember the day I got surprised with this game after getting home from school and seeing previews of it online. Now looking back to the reveal of the remake I was shocked this game would ever get a re-release let alone a full on remake after so many years.

This remake is what every Epic Mickey fan could ever want. It improves the games controls, improves a lot of the originals visuals while staying faithful to the original games art direction, and irons out a lot of the flaws the original had. If you had a bad time with the original with the clunky camera, pointer controls, and slow platforming this will fix ALL of those problems.

The only problem I have with this remake isn't even a flaw with the game, but a flaw with the pricing. I was happy to pay 60 dollars for this game as it's something I've waited well over a decade for, but for people wanting to get into the franchise the 60 dollar price tag is pretty steep. Especially when the original game was only 40. On the bright side THQ games are pretty quick to go on sale and even for the price I think 60 dollars is pretty fair for how much you get out of Epic Mickey. I've only done 1 run of the game and got a good chunk of time and still need to do the thinner route.

You can get this for free with the newsletter but it's nice it's being offered for a buck to those that might miss the newsletter deadline. Great skin and a great price

Honestly after playing this collection myself even after being very critical of it since launch this is pretty solid for what it is. Is it perfect? No. But the ports included are still the Whitehead versions of Sonic 1-Sonic 2 and the 3K port is very competant despite being rushed.

Some suggestions would be to wait for this collection to go on sale (I'd say you are getting your money's worth around 20 dollars) and install the Ultra Fix mod which basically fixes 90% of the issues with this collection. Obviously alternatives exist such as fan ports, but as a convenient package with some extra things like a pretty hefty art gallery, decently fun challenge modes, some Game Gear games, fully animated cutscenes, and nice looking menus it's a good time.

I am very VERY pleased with this game so far. I have waited for a Epic Mickey re-release for over 10 years and this remake does everything right. The controls are honestly better than the Wii version everything feels a lot tighter and the added dash makes movement a lot faster. The 2D sections are a straight up improvement over the Wii ones in controls and have extra content and expanded level design. The visuals while different I think look fantastic and I got a consistent 120 FPS at 1440p and 165 FPS at 1080p on my RX 7600/Ryzen 5 7600 at max settings.

I honestly got so into the game I forgot I was playing a demo and was sad when it ended. I'm really excited to get this in September even with the packed line up in the fall!

This game is a genuine marvel. Visually it's gotta be the top 5 best looking games I've ever seen. It's the closest I've seen a video game look like a animated film happening in real-time. Gameplay I'd say it's solid, but not my favorite of the Ratchet series, but that isn't a bad thing. It's overall an amazing time if you have the hardware capable to run it. If you love 3D platformers this game is a must play.

Spider-Man PS4 was a game I got for my birthday and pulled an all nighter to play. As flawed as this game can be I love it to bits. And while Remastered I think is inferior in some ways (mainly in the changed character models and some lighting choices) it's still the same game I loved at launch. This is a great PC port that plays at a solid 165 FPS on my RX 7600 at almost maxed settings and 60+ with RT turned on (and FSR 2.0). If you want to play a great game and a great benchmark for your new PC this game is worth it.
