Aside from the performance issues and jagged anti aliasing which I have no doubts they will fix, this is an excellent campaign, and I would say as true as they do to the original series difficulty, it's very challenging, especially on solo, this is not the typical gun and run COD style of gameplay campaign, but a Six Days In Fallujah/Ready Or Not style type of gameplay, slow and tactical
And I hope they'll add more chapters of various scenarios
For a free game and with coop to have fun with friends, this was a blast!

Like many other I honestly didn't know what to think about the game due to it's graphics and isometric nature, but honestly after a few hours... I was immediately hooked and just couldn't stop, i've played lots of various zombie games but none have hooked me as hard as Zomboid have, something about the RPG/Sandbox/tell the story of your character type of thing that draws you in and you just can't stop, some would even call this a glorified sims zombie dlc, a detailed zombie apocalypse simulator, but like a lot of other things, you won't know if this is your type of game until you try, and I strongly suggest you do!

Had this in my steam library for almost 6 years untouched, and I honestly have no idea why I let it sit for so long without playing it, but I am very happy now that I finally decided to give it a go, and can definitely understand why almost everyone says it's one of the best RPG's to hit the market

no other game will give you that ramming another vehicle on the highway which causes a major accident involving the 24 vehicles behind you making all traffic stop entirely as the road is physically blocked and you realize you also killed about 20 ppl as well and all simply because you wanted to look at the notification you just got on your phone for a second feeling

i've been trapped on and off for 16 years and for the next 20 too, unless they'll shut down the game
but given the chance i would do it all over again, because the memories of the game from 2005 - 2008 will always stick with me, the game was much more social then it is now, and the amount of people and friends you meet along the way, made you feel really connected with people all over the world, sad how times changed and this game is much more different, but it did struck me hard with those memories and i won't be able to forget them, so all in all
