I understand the issues
But nevertheless

And made with UNREAL this time
So in a year
After critical fixes and mod tools release
This game will surpass the original

Destiny 2 has evolved. They moved past their original story (Red War / Infinite Garden / etc). Devs decided that instead of creating Destiny 3 (with same planets / backstory / heroes) they will make changes to current game with what they did in beyond light.
Was it worth it? I dunno. Ultimately they closed more destinations / maps / activities than they opened for free to play users.
But with the roadmap they set, we may have a lot of new content in the coming years.
To me the new destination (Europa) is quite fun. It has a lot of secret quests, like the one where you need to use emotes in order to progress...

Nominate this for "GAME THAT DESERVES A SEQUEL"

I don't actually know why people are so negative to this game.
It tries to be Half-life-like? No. (why even? Yes, the world story is the same, but half-life? nah)
It tries to be Opposing force? More like it but still.
It tries to be Blue Shift? Pretty much like that.
But at the same time it introduces something new to the game. Variety. Where to go, what to shoot, what to do. Yes, you can say dat "It is the same! It all happened before!" And so on. But think about it. For a world like this Source is the best platform to create a modification(product) but also it must be something new in order to be loved by the people. There are a lot of HL2 mods that went on steam and weren't nearly as good as this one. So for all of that I say that I reccomend this game. It is something new for this world, but with a different approach.
