Bought this game when it first appeared on Early Access years ago. I loved the premise and potential it had, but after giving it a go for like maybe an hour or so, it barely felt like a game and I decided it wasn't for me. Fast forward to about a month ago, I started hearing news about how much this game had improved and how responsive the developer had been. Reinstalled and gave it another go. Easily spent about 5 hours playing the game, watching amazed as the AI built my village and lots of little satellite farms and other towns nearby. Started assigning people to jobs in my village, learn new skills and start new industries.. made tons of money selling goods to the local shop. Got really excited when a road was formed between my town and another nearby one.. and started to really see how potentially amazing this game could be. Still, its rough around the edges. Some things are tedious, like finding a trainer, and you hold Left mouse and the E key ALOT. Finding some kind of way to automate tedious tasks like in The Guild 2 would help this alot.. Bringing wheat to my mill over and over again, etc...
All and all, definitely an interesting title that appears to be improving weekly. Definitely support the developer if this kind of game intrigues you!

The only wargame where your ears are assaulted more by the VOIP, voice commands and musicians than the actual guns and cannons.
Hysterical game with a hilarious community- they make the game very fun to play.

Like real war, has periods of boredom while running/scavenging punctuated by the most intense firefights I've ever had in a first person shooter. Danger can come from anywhere at anytime and your hands will shake, your heart will race and your killer instinct will take hold as you fight to survive. In those last moments when the circle is tight and there are only a few men standing, miraculous things can happen that will become lasting memories.
An amazing game that can only get better with more refinement, but already it is an absolute blast to play alone or with friends. PUBG is the very best early access game to date to make its way to Steam.

Go get those chicken dinners, people.

I am an adrenaline filled, twitchy eyed eleven year old again. The circle strafing muscle memory has reawoken in me. This is the best DooM since the originals.
Make sure to play on the hardest difficulties or else you are missing out on an insanely fun and challenging experience.

Honestly, its one of the greatest strategy games of all time. It is completely unique in its own right. Murder, betrayal, loyalty, valor- all of these things and more are covered in this incredibly deep and complex medieval dynastic life simulator. With the DLCs like The Republic, Way of Life and Horse Lords and Old Gods, you can really live under unique sets of rules that make the game even more interesting. On top of that, the mod community is insane, creating some absolutely amazing works like HIP, CK2+, Game of Thrones and Elder Kings mods that give the game even more longevity. If you are still reading this go buy the game already!!!!

Created a mercenary company, named it The Black Company.
Chose a black standard with a white sword on it.
Went to my first town. Saw a Historian listed. Hired him.
Accepted my first quest and set out to kill some bandits.
Entire company was slaughtered to the last man.

10/10 would Glen Cook it again

Don't buy this, if you own Cities XL you already have this game, no joke. They haven't changed a thing.

A game with a ton of potential and some good laughs that Double Fine decided wasn't worth their time anymore and abandoned as space junk. This is after they recouped their entire investment on the project and then some and yet they say its costing them too much money to continue. I am no longer buying anything Double Fine does because they have ruined the faith of this community. F*ck you Double Fine.

The game has amazing potential, and the idea of a survival game surrounded by dinosaurs is perfect. Currently though, the game is a barebones prototype that you will get bored of in a few hours. The dev team is incredibly unresponsive to communication and game updates are non-existant. Do not give them your money for Early Access.

Hard to believe South Park has been part of popular culture now for 17 years. This game is absolutely packed with hysterical references through all the years the show has been on. Even the trash loot is stuff from previous episodes. The RPG mechanics are actually pretty fun, although I wish the characters had more powers- I was cycling through the same 3-4 abilities the entire game. If you are a fan you definitely need to play this- it is every bit as crude and obscene as the show and you interact with basically everyone in the town. I have high hopes for awesome DLC for this game, and maybe future sequels (Would love to be able to use more than 1 other character during a battle without swapping them!)
