Almost got a fried shrimp thing but the game glitched out and I was bereft of any oiled up treats. I got to see a red lola bunny naked (I assume this was to mimic the native americans) and her tennisball glued on tits, so it was okay in the end anyways.

If you want just a simple time killer survival game then yeah, this game is pretty neat. If you're looking for something similar to Rust or any meaningful actual multiplayer, this game isn't it. It's at it's best at very low pop large map servers, and especially best when only played with friends.

It has a lot of jank that makes playing any sort of PvP near impossible. Bases take a long time to make and place down, building itself is janky, the raiding system has no idea how it wants to work (As of right now you really only have two ways of raiding, explosive charges and Dragonfires, both extremely hard to get. There is no budget Eco raiding or similar effects, making it easy for top dogs to stay on top, and it near impossible to get a start once a server has wiped)

Everyone can just top down your builds as they can just build ramps that rival the Tower of Babel and float down onto your house, effectively making any honey combing useless as you can't make pancake layers; the game doesn't allow you to do this for some odd reason. For a game that seems to lend itself more to PvE, it's very bizarre that building has zero structural integrity to it. You can just build entire mansions on top of a vehicle if you want to. Again, this would be maybe kinda neat in singleplayer, but in multiplayer games this is a game breaker, and some servers have it turned off. There is no way to turn off people being able to build insane high and make sky bases however, or just jump down on top of your roof with an umbrella.

You can build *inside* the loot locations for some reason, meaning players will just entirely block off huge portions of the game very very easily. This isn't some "Oh this group managed to wall off an area" It's just "Oh some dude put 2 metal doors down in this place, now it's entirely inaccessible if I don't have previously mentioned very late game items, just to free it up for other players and I. Some servers fix this, but this isn't a problem that should exist at all in the first place.

Gunplay is actually pretty decent, there's definitely care and love that went into it. Good ballistics for the most part (except for in the case of snipers and semi auto rifles), pretty easy to get into. Guns are readily accessible as well, increasing in quality depending on what location you visit. But they're still overall pretty balanced, if you catch someone off guard with even just a 1911, the TTK doesn't change much even with late game armor.

This is all not mentioning the horrible skill system implemented in the game. Depending on the server or game you're running, you get a set amount of EXP from killing zombies, fishing, or cutting trees. You use said EXP to level up skills that increase the quality of life, or are vital to your survival. Things such as Crafting I, II, and III are needed to craft higher tiers of items. The Agriculture skill goes up some 10 times, each shortening the time it takes for your crops to grow, and the chance of you reaping a double harvest, with max giving you a 100% chance for a double harvest. However, these skills, depending on your server/game, will reset by half each time you die. This gives almost 0 incentive to ever even try and interact with other players. Or, change it so dying of natural causes would be more punishing than dying to another player, keeping the PvE aspect but still encouraging player interactions. Hard to want to be friendly when the best defense is offense, and just take the other player out before you're even in voice comms range.

You could make the argument it lends itself to the "Oh but that's more realistic, you'd want to avoid other players." but from a purely gameplay perspective, this makes it so the multiplayer aspect is nearly void. If you never see other players, the only thing that happens is sometimes you see some base in the distance you didn't see before, and that's it. Some servers make it easier to get skills or you keep them on death (how it should be), but again, this should be a non-issue. Discouraging player interaction for a mostly multiplayer based game is absurd.

The game is stuck between a weird balance of wanting to be a mostly PvE game but then also wanting to appeal to a PvP crowd of players, in giving guns that can raid, things such as one way bullet proof windows, but then guns that can pierce said windows because they're a higher caliber. They give you an agriculture skill which takes hours to fully level up, but punish you by cutting it in half if you die to another player. They give you the insanely cool option of crafting your own rifle and self loaded ammunition, but make it so if you just walk to the nearest military checkpoint, getting a fully set m16 takes less time.

Don't play this if you're expecting any depth to PvP, and not just a time killer to shoot the ♥♥♥♥ with the boys lol
