A lot of people are down voting the game due to the constant bugs and issues with crashing. They reference the fact that this is pretty much the same game just ported into UE5, which is true but with porting comes issues. The bugs them selves make Ark, Ark. I have put my hours into ASE and will most likely play ASA for the same amount if not more time.

Official servers can be rough yes but that has always been a thing. I currently have a server just so me and my friends can play the game together tame the dinos that we want and if we really really want to we can pvp with each other.

The game does crash a lot but so far it is caused due to things that i am doing myself. As for the frame rate issue i have not had any frame rate issues as of right now but i do get frame drops every once in awhile. Not something that should be happening but something that isn't going to make the game bad for me.

All in all the game is like Ark survival: Evolved but with more quality of life stuff added into it. Its a fun game that i can see putting a lot more hours into.

Some of the communtiy is a bit of gate keepers but if you can get past the small amount that that is and talk with the rest, the game is extremly good. I mostly play with my friend who has been helping learn the game a lot but besides that i do have the issue that some players just dont want people to learn the game.

The game is great. The shear beauty of the wilderness that you explore and the challenging factor of the game is so good that its slowly becoming my favorite souls game. Bloodbourne still has it beat though only because of the atmosphere of it.

Great game. Waiting on more content to come out but still a great game as is.
