I've been having a good time in I:R. Initially the massive stuttering was making me consider not playing for quite a while. But since that got fixed rather quickly and a lot of other bugs as well, I've been playing it quite a lot and enjoying it. It's not without its faults and there is a lot of work to be done in order to make it enjoyable for an extended period of time. But overall the game has a great backbone and will most likely topple CK2 and EU4 once more patches and DLCs starts rolling in. I would rate the game (in its current state) about 7.5/10. I can recommend the game, and I think it's worth the 40€.
