In BEAT? To get one, beat the GLaDOS level in NETHER. To get another, beat the same level in HYPER.

For Meat Boy go to Meat World and search "FOR MEANING."

There's a third one in BEAT I haven't gotten. You're supposed to be in MEGA in Descent and bounce a beat behind the boss. I thought I did that but it didn't work.
