Story-wise - OK. Gameplay - not so much. Graphics appreciation requires aquired taste. Soundtrack is good. Camus best boi.

Flying mechanic is tolerable, even though highways are wonky at times (randomly sucks in/throws you out damaging the vehicle). Walking is a chore. Camera in rail mode fails to stick to the rail, does 180 turns and/or does not turn your controls too (i.e. camera rotates, but your controlls are bound to the previous camera position). There is one quest requiring you to collect N amount of items scattered all around the city - once you've done with the story or takigng break from it - it is tedious to visit each platform to collect those items. Vendor NPC dialogs are unskippable. You're forced to listen to the same lines each time you want to buy something. You instintively hit skip button, but it skips actual buying step, which is annoying.

In general, it is more like visual novel with sorta-kinda-flight-sim elements. If you're into the genre and have 10-15 hrs of free time - you'll probably enjoy it, but otherwise better to skip.
