Blazing update pace. Involved developers. Fresh takes on familiar mechanics. Consistent and pleasant art style. Is there really anything more you can ask for?

I wanted more automation in forager from early in its' lifecycle to the very end, so this hits the spot. Nova Lands does a very good job of distinguishing itself from similar games while still presenting familiar-feeling progression and ui/ux. Aside from a little bit of timing weirdness when you get over three digit furnaces on an island, it runs perfectly fine, which is great for a game with so many moving parts.

If you're a pacifist, there is a route for you to do that in this game. The combat feels like a streamlined version of forager's, but where it really shines is in how early and effectively you can automate the production of things you don't want to have to do a million times by hand.

I've never been more satisfied than the first few times I perfected a brawler with more than seven stages at 200% speed.

Early Access Review
I died and I can't respawn. My allies are all worried. I haven't been heard from for days. Suddenly, the inertial dampeners on my ship turn off and it rockets through the station, killing everyone. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who enjoys carnage

This game is free and incredibly underrated. It's my go-to for quiet time when my internet drops during a multiplayer game. Although initially frustrating, the experience is pliable and customizable however you'd like. I'd not recommend this as one of my top ten games of all time or anything, but it is more than worth thirty minutes of your time.
