Aşırı gerçekçi bir oyun gerek grafik olsun gerek atmosfer gerek vuruşlar olsun. 2-3 vuruşta ölüyorsunuz. Gerçekçiliği fazla olmuş. Motor olarak gayet iyi optimazasyon olarak hiçbir sıkıntısı yok.Kesinlikle alınması gereken bir oyun zaten bedava sayılır 2.70 tl nedir lo yarım ekmek tavuk döner bile 3.50 tl ?!

Oyunu oynarken 2 seçeğiniz var;

Ya ameliyatı düzgünce yapmaya çalışırken eşyaları tutamayıp, ters tutup veya elinize şırınga batırıp halüsinasyon görürsünüz bu sırada PC başında kanser olursunuz.

Ya da yangın tüpüyle hastanın kafatasını patlatıp baltayla beynini uçurabilirsiniz! EVET!
