Overall this has to be my favorite game for Drifting

◆ Has Single-Player (Best Way To Grind - XP/Money)
◆ Has Multi-Player (You can create rooms for others to join (Up-to 16 Players)
◆ Steam Achievements (If you're into that stuff)
◆ Steam Trading Cards
◆ Controller Support (I use a Wheel)
◆ 5 Tiers Of Cars (Higher Tier = More Money)
◆ Wide Range of Cars and Customisation (Depending of the Car - Not all can be "visually" modified)
◆ You can "Challenge" other players
◆ It's not all about drifting (You can make a "Drift" Car or "Race" Car)
◆ Quite a few tracks to mess around with
◆ Smooth Gameplay
◆ Fast Loading Times
◆ There is 30 Player Levels (Level 12 unlocks all cars "Tier 5")

𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐒

◆ No Damage is recived to your Car after smashing into others/walls
◆ CarX can be grindy at times, but i always find myself practicing whilst grinding for Money
◆ Sometimes players just cannot Drift, and always hit you by accident (Just a Warning)
◆ Everything is cheap at the start, but higher "Tier" Cars become more expensive to upgrade
◆ Tier 5 Cars cost alot of money once you reach Level 12, try to prepare yourself for it.
◆ You can "Tune" Cars so they feel near enough the same

This game is still gonna be fun for anyone jumping in with a very casual mindset for a decent amount of hours. Some things the game does very well, mainly being immersion. The atmosphere and the feeling you get when you get blown up by artillery or tanks is insane. But honestly after the game has gotten progressively worse with each update for a year and a half now i simply can not give it a good review if immersion is the only thing that i feel it is still doing well.

Some of the things that are completely broken or lacking but definitely not a complete list:
- voip: They use vivox as a voip tool, nothing wrong with vivox but they have 0 control over anything. In reality this means that voip will go down for entire matches randomly, some players are incredibly loud and distorted whilst others are inaudible with no possibility of fine tuning them or even knowing how you yourself sound in the game. On top of that there is a max amount of i believe 6 people you can mute, which is often times not enough

- communication: The game used to be great because nearly everyone had and used a microphone to communicate making it the biggest advantage of this game, now unless you jump in premade most squads will be completely silent with no teamwork whatsoever.

- teamwork: The devs have implemented mechanics, mainly the ping system which gives all the information anywhere on the map, that completely get rid of squad teamwork. Frankly it is even more beneficial for your squad if you DON'T group up but spread out and gather as much information as possible as you are always on a timer.

- loadouts: This game has gone from a sort of realistic depiction of war with, according to much more knowledgeable people in ww2 than myself, a quite accurate representation in guns uses to a game where everyone gets an automatic weapon. On an average match you will hardly see anyone use a kar 98 or now with the eastern front addition a mosin. To make matters worse there are tools needed (such as the satchel charge) that are locked behind a level cap. In a match where both teams are experienced and have high level players, no one will use a bolt action rifle.

- suppression: This might be one of my biggest gripes of the game currently (implemented over a year ago now), the suppression system both makes your sight extremely blurry and sort of a tunnelvision aswell as makes your aim go all over the place in the form of gun sway. Which means in practice that in a 1v1 fight with someone you win a gunfight based on if you shot first, not accurately (especially with smgs).

- spawn system: The game uses something called garrisons as a spawn for the entire team. This system is and has been completely broken for about a year now. How it works is, as a squad leader you ask to get a box of supplies either from a player truck or commander drop. With a pocket watch you can build this garrison which can spawn your entire team at once without any delays or spawn waves as long as it is built within friendly territory. Building these in enemy territory is virtually impossible (because of some arbitrary rules on them which make them useless) making every map and every strongpoint on that map heavily favored to one side, and nearly impossible to overcome this imbalance. This makes for a very stale and defensive/camp heavy game.

sector system: The map consists out of 5 sectors, a sector is always an area of 400m x 1200m. The strongpoints live somewhere in this sector, often times on the absolute edge of the sector making it impossible to flank those and creating an imbalance towards the team that has the strongpoint closer to their friendly territory because of how the garrison spawns work. There are no tools in the game provided to overcome these imbalances.

resource system: The game advertises a complex resource system, which up til now always has been a placeholder system (atleast that is what the devs said). A resource node could be built with a box of supplies and the further up in the map you built them the more resources they generate. This was far from a perfect solution but atleast brought something to the table. Now with the 1,0 release they basically got rid of the entire resource system and it only exists in such a form that they can write in the description of the game that there is a resource system. You get a flat income for free, and no matter where you build nodes they will always give the same amount of resources, making it useless to build them anywhere other than straight in hq at the very start.

footstep sounds: In update 9 loud footstep sounds have been added to the game. These are so loud that often they can be heard 30 - 40m away from where you are currently, this makes for an incredibly campy game and punishes any kind of movement.

empty promises: The devs have made countless of promises in the games lifespan which they haven't upheld and in some cases have come out and said they have no intention of upkeeping.

base gameplay loop: With this release they mark what is for the devs a complete product with all the base gameplay elements in a happy place on which they might be able to build further in the form of more content (like factions and maps). But in reality this game is far from complete with some examples being halftracks coming in the next update COMPLETELY changing the way spawns work, a gameplay element doesn't become more base than that. There are loads more issues, but of the top of my head these are the biggest ones.

Overall i am not mad i bought this game when i did as i had my fair share of fun in it, as you can see by my hours played aswell. But this game has been steadily declining for over a year now, the majority of my hours were from pre july 2020 as the game was still amazing then. This game might still give you quite a bit of fun and enough fun hours in the game that it may warrant a buy for you, but with all the issues in game and lack of acknowledgement or work on these issues i can not recommend this game to anyone in it's current state.

Vice City is probably the best GTA that has been made to date. Obviously, as a PC gamer, this opinion does not include GTA V as that one was never released by Rockstar on my favourite platform. I personally liked GTA IV a lot and the reviews on the latest installment were very promising - I just think Vice City was more captivating than the rest.

Vice City looks dated, yes. Please bear in mind that this is an eleven year old game and considering the capacity of our smart phones this game is accessible as an Android application as the game's engine can easily be handled by our phones' hardware. Its atmosphere, however, is still captivating even a decade after its release so playing such an "old" game on a widescreen monitor with next-gen hardware is no shame!

You play as Tommy Vercetti (voice by Ray Liotta) and you are in the '80s. You have cars, music and even film references from this era. Some scenes remind you of Miami Vice while others are clearly a nod to Pacino's character in Scarface. How cool is that?

You have dozens of missions available. Some continue the main story while other are just side missions. Each includes a cutscene with amazing voice acting so it is a crime to skip any of the available missions. Oh, you don't want to do any of these? No problem: Vice City allows the player to just cruise in the city, steal cars, crash these cars, harass citizens (with these cars, too). You can drive a cab and earn some money at your leisure. Or steal a police car and become the terminator of vigilantes.

There are tons of things to do in GTA. And while Vice City is certainly an outdated game nothing else out there can remind you how cool the '80s were than this piece of treasure.

The game has a lot of potential, everything is well made. The details in the game and the mechanics are wonderful and it's a bit similar to division 1, the last of us and etc. The only thing I don't like are the mod characters who look like prostitutes, I think that it shouldn't be in games because there are too many perversions today.

With that, you will attract a lot of perverted players like a magnet, but you will also lose some. I hope that the game will be fully developed and that it will be available in the coop online version as division 1

WWII
ticked many of the right boxes for me and was one of the better titles in the series - and arguably better than anything that has followed afterwards. I shall provide an executive summary, as this is expected to be a wall of text, as well as some more detailed breakdowns on the components of the title.

Decent campaign - not the best, but far from the worst, even if it is the last reason to buy a Call of Duty title. Good zombie experience - well diversified maps, challenging Easter Eggs, much "darker" than previous titles (in my admittedly limited zombies experience). Top class multiplayer as the title underwent significant changes by SHG post launch to address player concerns and complaints. Overall, a very well optimised title that runs smoothly and reintroduced a sense of normality into the series after the futuristic titles - but is unlikely to cure burnout (unless the advanced movement was the problem for you) or entice new players. Still well populated in 2021 and worth a look for anyone after a "boots on the ground" Call of Duty experience.

The campaign is decent:
not the best in the series, not the worst. As one would expect from a title in this setting, it follows a handful of soldiers through World War II, but differs from earlier entries in that it attempts to build a bond between your character, and some of the other NPCs in your squad (ala Band of Brothers). Earlier games had your squadmates almost as cannon fodder: there, but not really doing much other than distracting the enemy or getting shot. It also retains the "classic" Call of Duty style of being immersive, whilst also being cinematic and over the top. Definitely worth a play, but not the main reason you would buy this game.

MULTIPLAYER:
This is the first Call of Duty title since Black Ops II where I have hit maximum prestige/level in multiplayer - that alone should say a lot. The game changed siginificantly from release, as SHG took the unprecedented step of listening to the community's complaints and making the changes required (e.g. unbinding certain attachments and restrictions from Divisions). The game was also constantly improved and expanded upon, with new weapons being added every few months (free of charge) as well as the various events such as Summer and Winter - most of which provided an exclusive weapon variant to unlock. Some of the standouts for me are:
Superb weapon balance: It was iffy at the beginning (PPSH and Lewis especially) but through the game's lifecycle it became one of the best balanced Call of Duty titles.
War (and Ground War: War): Groundbreaking for Call of Duty, War mode saw teams play through real historical battles as an objective based game mode. Operation Neptune for example saw one team trying to storm one of the Normandy beaches to breach bunkers and destroy AA guns, while the other team tried to hold them off. This was a lot of fun and something I wish later games had incorporated.
Weapons sound and feel great and authentic - also the best headshot sound in probably any game ever. Incredibly satisfying to hear.
Very good hit detection: There were not many instances where I felt a death had been down to lag or poor netcode. It is obviously still noticeable, but it does not dominate the experience unlike in some other titles.
Sniping deserves special mention: Probably my favourite sniping experience in Call of Duty, a blend of the guns and the feel of the game.
Headquarters was an excellent addition and added a social aspect to the game: You could enter, get new orders from the Quartermaster, prestige your divisions, interact with other players - all while waiting for a game to load or just to pass the time. It beats sitting idly in the lobby waiting for players to join or for a game to start.
Camo challenges: Challenging in some aspects, but very rewarding. Chrome Tiger looks brilliant on the vast majority of the weapons and takes skill to earn as some weapons are tough to finish.

However...
- Fire shells for shotguns: Annoying and plainly included for the no skill players to get kills.
- Campers: Prevalent in every FPS title, but doubly irritating in War - again though, really speaks to lack of skill more than anything else.
- There are hackers this late in the game's lifecycle unfortunately, but it should not be too difficult to find a clean lobby.

None of these drawbacks should prevent you from experiencing what is a stellar Call of Duty title.

ZOMBIES:
I am not much of a zombies player (limited skill at best), but this was perhaps the most enjoyable zombies entry in the series for me (after Infinite Warfare). I loved the dark aesthetic of the maps (everything feels oppresive, dangerous and the atmosphere puts you on edge), as well as the more unique enemies designed to horrify or repulse (Frozen Dawn serves as a good example). The maps are well varied, well laid out and challenging in their own ways, without feeling unfair. The Tortured Path was a wonderful addition (for me) as something completely different from the traditional wave based zombies experience: it has much more in common with Extinction from Ghosts, i.e. drop in, progress through some rounds, kill a boss, and escape, as opposed to the regular "survive as long as you can". Four playable characters, analogous to classes/specialists, allow you to customise loadouts and build a well rounded party (or of course load up on one particular type if you wish to do so). For the more experienced/hardcore player, there are also challenges included, most of which unlock outfits - some of them are very difficult indeed. Overall, a worthy addition to the series and definitely worth a play for zombies fans.
