Pros:
- Great roster to choose from
- Satisfying gunplay
- funi dinosaurs
- Interesting PvE + PvP aspect

Cons:
- Lack of beginner-matchmaking, meaning you'll likely face high-levelled players from the get-go
- Slight time-gate on the characters

Game is great, imo. I've had a ton of fun playing this, and I will keep on playing and support it going forward. Every weekend there's also a limited mode named Savage Gauntlet, that you unlock after you've completed the story missions. This mode is all about speed-running, and if you can find yourself a team to play with, then you're in for an awesome ride!
I recommend checking out the game's official Discord for finding potential teammates, both for Savage Gauntlet and for regular play! =)

Amazing game, with lots of content that regularly gets updated.
Also amazing to play with friends, but not a necessity. Playing with randoms is usually also fine, since the community is pretty friendly

Deep Rock Galactic is a game, that sort of combines elements from several titles, to create an awesome experience.
This game is in early access, but don't let that fool you. If you like the game loop, then there's many hours worth of content here.
There are multiple weapons, perks and vanity items to unlock. You can design your own dwarf and give them the type of equipment you want.

The developer is also one of the absolute best developers I've ever seen, in terms of communication and updates. Ghost Ship Games keeps us updated all the time and we more or less always know what is coming. As of writing this review, they're working on end-game content.
Also, be sure to visit the subreddit in which the devs are also active.

You have the option to choose between 4 classes, that all have unique methods of handling the terrain

The Gunner is your standard shooter type of guy. He's able to hold his ground easily and deal with swarms and larger enemies. Gunner can be super reliable as a bodyguard while you're handling minerals or the alike. Gunner also has a zipline-gun that allows him to place permanent ziplines that everyone can use, thus making him great at crossing deep caves.

The Scout is the fastest class in the game. As you would imagine, scout has a ton of mobility options and can set up swarms to be easily killed. He himself however, doesn't have much firepower, but can absolutely defend himself, should the situation call for it. He is great at mining hard-to-reach minerals, especially if you combine his abilities with the engineer.

The Engineer is a multi-tool of a character. He does a lot of things. As most of engineer characters in video games, this one also allows you to place turrets on the map to help you defend yourself. Engineer has a lot of firepower if used correctly and excels in destroying armor off of big targets. The engineer can place platforms on any surface, which allows him to effectively make ladders or plug holes.

The Driller is most often considered to be the weakest class. I am probably biased, because I main him, but he truly isn't as weak as he often is said to be. Driller excels in crowd-control and dealing lots of damage up close. Driller struggles with larger targets, which is probably part of the reason he is considered weak. Use the right equipment and perks, and you'll find the driller to be extremely viable. Driller can, as implied by his name, drill tunnels really fast and effectively. This might seem weak, but you're effectively able to create chokepoints anywhere on the map or bend the terrain to your will. And finally- You're never truly lost, since you can always just dig to your desired location.

There's a ton of enemy variety, and it only seems to be steadily increasing. With 5 different difficulties, you're sure to get your ass handed to you at least a few times, but there's nothing quite as satisfying as completing a Hazard 5 mission with a full team.

This game is an easy recommendation for me.

Do you want frustration on a level that is comparable to Super Meat Boy?

This game definitely delivers on that factor. Key differences between this and Super Meat Boy is that this is an FPS and instead of levels, it's a survival game based on how long you can go untouched by all hell's spawn that is sent after you.

Your choice of weapon is a hand that throws daggers. The more spawn you kill, the more gems you get. The more gems you get, the more daggers you can throw.

This game is super hard, but while frustrating, a lot of fun if you're into the old school Quake-style shooter.
It's also extremely satisfying when you finally beat your (or some of your friends' for that matter) highscore.

This. F*cking. Game!!
It's awesome!!
Ever felt like you've had enough with the whole *BloodyScreenSoReal*-concept?! WELL WELCOME WOLFENSTEIN!
Here you finally get some oldschool shooting action! It's not about the realism, it's about having fun and SHOOTIN NAZIZ!
You can DUAL-WIELD almost every gun you find- This gives you +Firepower -Accuracy and +Ammo consumption, so there's TACTICS!! There's also PURK-*aw ♥♥♥♥* PERKS, which can add to the way you play, you unlock them by DOING AWESOME STUFF LIKE STEALTH-KILLING 3 NAZIZ IN A F*CKING ROW! As a Viking, I find this very satisfying and totally fit!
So to sum it up or TLDR-
An oldschool game that doesn't TRY to do anything stupid and new (not implying new is necessarily stupid), but keeping it wellknown and good! Shoot dudes with different tactics and guns. What more do you need?! GO GET 'EM

Ah... Sanctum 2. If you have ever played Sanctum 1, you'll probably love this one. It's basicly like the old one, except it's better in many ways (with the possible exception of it's unforgiving difficulty)! It has better graphics, runs better, has new characters, perks, new towers, new enemies and a lot more. And as if this wasn't enough; There is a lot of DLC, which in this case is good! New towers, perk, enemies and maps and even a new character.
Lovely game! With a whole bunch of replayability!
Go get it! It's lovely, fun with co-op action and different gamemodes!
And if it wasn't enough, then it's also really cheap :D

The well known, and appreciated War Themed Hat Simulator, AKA Team Fortress 2.
Fantastic game with truly awesome gameplay that does not focus on being realistic, just fun!
Unlike many other multiplayer shooters, this one requires a lot of teamwork, hence the title, which can be either rarther frustrating or just plain fantastic!

The feeling of when you and your team smashes through the enemy defenses and when you help each other out defeating the enemy is something to experience... You won't find this anytime soon in CoD kids...

But of course, there are also some bad sides to the fact that teamwork is such a key element.
Often it is seen that a lot of new players decide to go the class that they like- This is problematic since a full 10-man team of snipers simply will have a lot more trouble taking down a sentry nest than a single demoman and medic.
Morale is that you have to balance the classes so you have enough of everything.

There are a lot of unlockable weapons in the game, but you don't get them by 360'ing 30 people in a row... It's random drops, and to some extent achievement milestones (But not that much really...)
Most weapons are simply sidegrades, so there aren't many weapons that are just better! Pretty much everything is balanced.

As a final note, there are cosmetics in this game! YEY! These doesn't change anything particular important, even though people love 'em. Just collect them as an extra mini-game! It is not what the entirety is about :)

The game is free! So yeah... Go have yourself a good time
