I decided to try this game after playing Friday the 13th and Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Game on console, since this game is king of the asymmetrical genre, and I'm not disappointed. The progression loop keeps you playing. Some things like repairing gens as survivors gets a little repetitive, and i wish they'd add more game modes, but I have fun playing with other people or just playing killer. There are a lot of killers to choose from, so gameplay as killer at least stays somewhat varied. The game does have a battle pass in addition to its DLC, as well as cosmetics despite being a buy-to-play game, so if that's a turn off for you, I'm letting you know. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase and can see myself playing for a long while.

I enjoyed my time playing this. It has pretty simple, yet fun combat, and when you aren't exploring the game world, you can create your own. You get a house you can bring with you to each world like a campsite that you are free to customize to help you out on your adventure, which gives you a great chance to show off your building skills to other players. This game is definitely worth checking out. I'm a big fan of MMORPGs, and while I realize this style is a homage to Minecraft, this style isn't really seen in an MMO setting very often, which makes the game unique since it is trying to make the voxel style appeal to a vastly different market. It's definitely worth checking this game out.

This game retains South Parks style of humor while maintaining extremely well thought out gameplay. This is the first time in a long time that Ubisoft has done something right. I also don't feel like this was dumbed down for casual gamers, which is a plus. Great game for any South Park fan.

I'm a lifetime subscriber for this game, and I LOVE the story and setting, but the revamp of the game erased everyone's characters and completely changed the battle system in favor of some BS targeting casual players. The ability wheel was much better than this dumbed down version. They basically did what Sony did with Star Wars Galaxies all those years ago, only worse. Nobody wants to start an MMO over from square 1. It was a terrible thing to do to the game's fans. I hope there will be more story driven mmos like this in the future, but for most of us, this game died with the revamp.

I did a let's play of this last year on Twitch. It seemed interesting, and the artwork is beautiful, but the game itself is just BAD. There are framerate issues and other technical problems that give me a headache when playing this. Avoid this game for your health.

It could have been a compelling tale about mental illness, or some philosophical observation about suicide. It COULD have been. It needed something a little more than it gave to make any sort of profound statement. Instead, what you end up with is a slightly disturbing existentialist time waster.

The negative reviews complaining about the game-breaking bug should be overlooked, because you can easily find a fix for the problem online. This game is amazing. The ending is a bit lacking, and the game could really use a sequel to tie up the loose ends, but other than that, it's a great game if you are looking for a linear FPS game with a dark fantasy theme.

This buggy mess shouldn't even be on Steam. It's not even a finished product and the devs don't care. It's a scam.

Aquaman is actually useful for a change. His moveset is actually one of the best in the game. So if you really want to settle which superhero would win in a fight against each other, this game won't do that for you. On the otherhand, don't expect balanced gameplay either. The special character Scorpion is OP for instance, and so is Aquaman. The reason I love this game is because its fun and the story mode was a blast to play through. If you've ever been exposed to comic books, then you know that an alternate universe where Superman is the bad guy is nothing new, but somehow this game makes it feel fresh even though it isn't. I used a controller when playing the game, and I will say that the pre-set controls for an xbox controller are excellent. Unfortunately, this means that I can't comment on how gameplay works with the keyboard. I'd recommend this game if you like superheroes and DC comics. Bottom line: The story mode was pretty fun to play through, and the gameplay was fun, but beware of balancing issues when playing multiplayer.

If you like dystopian themes and parkour, this is the game for you.
