1. Begin in an upright position with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Lift One Arm:
2. Raise one arm and extend it straight out in front of you.
Bend Other Arm:
3. Bend your other arm at the elbow and bring it up towards your face.
Tilt Your Head:
4. Tilt your head into the crook of your bent arm.
The Dab:
5. Simultaneously drop your head and lift your opposite arm as if you're sneezing into your elbow, creating a "dabbing" motion.
