I played this game for a few years now, both mobile and PC versions of it. If you are looking for a game focused on strategy and you don't want to learn how to play it for half a year, you came to the right place. Don't get me wrong, Polytopia is not a simple, easy game. It can be challenging (both the offline against bots and especially the multiplayer) and it can be mastered to a very high level. It is intuitive, well designed and it doesn't get boring thanks to the updates, which always change something so you have to adapt to the new mechanics. My only complaint is, that one game (even on the largest map size) ends too quickly sometimes. Usually there is no time to develop complex strategies, because the outcome is clear after few rounds. So in the end it all comes down to learning how to optimise your play in the first rounds (really not a big issue, it is still very engaging) In the end, I really recommend this game :)
