Generally takes on tasks or assignments without objection, but does not appear to be strongly motivated, and will not inspire others. TRANCE does the right things at the right time when instructed. But without instruction, sometimes they fails to spot the priorities and sometimes completes work late. Works willingly in a team and tolerant of others, no matter what their strengths and weaknesses. But does not always make a strong contribution. When ideas are challenged by others, TRANCE listens to their view politely, but is able to maintain a position firmly and persuasively without aggression.
