The modern reimagination of the timeless masterpiece. It takes the original immersive complex of Black Mesa and expands it immensively. It also displays some of the story and lore more clearly, and more importantly it stablishes the bridge absent between Half Life 1 and Half Life 2. Can't go wrong playing this instead of HL1.

Excellent round based coop game, many classic with lots of weapons to pick from, mix and match to your liking.

Timeless masterpiece that never gets old

High quality but short HL1 mod, enemies are a bit spongey and there's a huge lack of armor in the playthrough, so even playing on Normal difficulty, you gonna die or be close to dying some times. Recommended if you like HL1 mods.

good ol' sven coop

game's kinda good now, a lot of maps to play and weapons to grind and unlock. however the biggest's problem i'm facing is the game stuck loading in a black screen, having to close it and open it again.
i'll switch to a positive review if they fix it

6.0 ICO update is still a bit rough around the edges, but it changes the gameplay for the better, enables so many situations to occur that wouldn't be possible in the old version, and different playstyles are viable now, machine gunners don't die immediately and can suppress a whole squad, suppression is a vital mechanic now. you can still snipe people effectively and suppress them if you didn't manage to kill them. it requires a big change of playstyle which is why some people dislike this update, but once the devs make some more tweaks like making gun stabilization quicker under full stamina, people will come to a consensus.

Overall a very solid and good game. No micro transactions or "surprises".
It plays like an old school Battlefield game like BF3 and BC2, if you wanna try a game with that formula but modernized, then give this game a try and don't be thrown off by the graphics, you'll be surprised by how smooth and fast this game plays.
