Honestly any vr headset is fine, but I would recommend a quest 2 since it will always support pcvr.

ehhh i need to save up a crap ton of money since im like hosting a phasmophobia game night with my friends where i have to spend around 400 euro. it costs less if we dont include my vr headset

VR is worth it if you got the money, i spent so much time on blade and sorcery and hot dogs horseshoes and hand grenades. Both very good games.
