Let me preface this by saying I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love Elden Ring, and I really wanted to like Shadow of the Erdtree. Some of the new bosses are the most cool and fun fights in the entire game, and the dungeons are a massive step up from the base game. That said, I still can't recommend buying this DLC at full price. The map is empty. I spent dozens of hours exploring every corner of the Land of Shadow only to find nothing but the occasional cookbook or smithing stone. The base game rewards this type of exploration, but SOTE discourages it entirely. Make the world half of its current size and this DLC improves dramatically! It's sparsely populated and most of what you do find while out exploring isn't worth doing at all! Also, the ending sucks! What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ letdown.

So, I had been standing in line for about an hour when I just got tired of it. I got up, took a shower and went to eat lunch. After eating my sandwich, I returned home to play The Division only to find that I was still waiting in line to verify my agent.

10/10 Best sandwich I've ever had! Without this game, I wouldn't have eaten that sandwich! Thanks Ubisoft!

The only reason I have 200+ hours in this game is because the launcher never closes.
