I just had a lot of codes thrown my way, seemed useless to hog them all and have nobody enjoy them. Reddit isn't a website I felt it would work on because it'd feed upvote stuff and just cause a mess. Couldn't give them away on the official forums or the forums would be nothing but people lurking and begging for free codes.

So yeah why not there? Besides, the things said on 4chan, you genuinely get a lot worse for moderating the steam stuff at the time. The alternative to it all was just, I had a load of stuff other people could enjoy and were not if I held onto it, so yeah might as well make sure they get used.

Dearest Ashley, it saddens me that I must reach out to you here. I'm not sure if it's an issue with steam or something else but it seems like my questions to the moderation team (much like last time) have gone unanswered. I have received a "final warning" for something and as much as I have searched, I couldn't find a "second warning" nor could I even find a "first warning". What also troubles me is, the warning itself doesn't appear on any list of rules for phasmophobia nor steam. I trust you will be able to find me a suitable explanation.

Secondly, the recommended course of action is rather poorly worded and recommends that I just simply report anyone I take issue with, a little bit of malicious compliance on my behalf would cause a headache for the moderation team but since I've learned that no one will hold you accountable, I'm not going to do something like that (even though, I would simply be following the recommended course of action).

For real though, if the moderators are going to give me a "final warning" on a made up rule, I will be reporting everyone who breaks said rule.

That's strange, I remember asking for clarification and you just straight up ignored me. Just like how you sidestepped why I asked why was no action taken against a user who was be blatantly insulting another user whilst I got banned for "having the wrong tone".

Hello there, I had explained before why you were banned. It was not just for saying "You high?" It was a constant combination of factors.

I may rarely delete posts if they are trolling but not really worthy of a ban/warning. I will also delete posts if they bump a very old thread so remove the bumping. Users can also delete their own posts.

Deleting posts is extremely uncommon and pretty much only when I feel a post is simply trying to cause a hostile argument. I have not deleted any posts in quite some time.

I don't always send a warning/ban because it sometimes feels excessive and I hope that removal of posts people would understand. Though if they just repeat it after its removed, they usually get a warning/ban.

Interesting. I may have since the first person gave a better explanation now that I think about it. I've had a few comments deleted in the past with no warning and also seen others complain about this. is there any reason a warning or notification is not sent in some cases?
