I am writing this now as I just looked both ways before crossing a street when there's no cars driving in this game.

This game not only looks fantastic, but it is very respectful to the dead island franchise.
It does not take itself too seriously, makes a lot of jokes that I can actually laugh at and references to the older games.
It is a great sequel if you enjoyed the original games.

The combat is not super interesting, but the way the skill trees work make up for it as eventually you become pretty broken and can tear through zombies like nothing if you pay attention to your skill cards and blueprints which is enjoyable enough.
(Dropkicking is amazing.)

This game is way way way better than dead island riptide. 1000%.

Scary yet satisfying as you fight for your life or you will be torn to pieces for this game does NOT care about your own insanity nor how much gore is actually in this game!
