Worth the money. Plays great on my steam deck as well. Its amazing how a simple game can just be fun

5080 Msi liquid suprim/12900k and 50-60 fps in 4k ultra. This is bad optimization by the developer. I blame Randy Pitchford's poor performance as a CEO. I have pretty premium system and a not so premium game. With some setting changes i do get around 72- 80fps. But this is sad considering the game is not state of the art graphics. I run 120fps in RDR2 in 4k ultra. Which graphicly crushes borderlands 4.

The game itself has been enjoyable so far. With a large open world environment, good gun design, feels a lot better then Borderlands 3. Graphics seem decent, having ran into any bugs. But due to the CEO it will stay a thumbs down. I cant recommend spending money to support a CEO that disrespects his clients.

Edit: After tinkering with settings. Frame gen works very well with my series card, tripling frames to 200fps in high settings. with no noticeable latency at all. Which i was very surprised. Now that being said. When changing settings and continuing to play the game i've noticed issues. It couldn't put a frame cap on. I would lose 30 fps on the same settings i had to start with when i changed back and forth.

4k ultra settings no frame gen- 55-60fps/ frame gen on- 180fps = bad choppy feeling and rending issues
4k high setting/ dlss on balanced 70-75fps / frame gen on 200+ fps= game feels smooth with no latency
I used Nvidia geforce to optimize and slide the slider up a little more towards quality gave me a good result to start with. Changing setting in game felt inconsistent and seem to create issues in results. unless i restarted the game.

Doesn't give me that skate feeling like the previous game,

Music is bad.
Missing a lot of great things from the original skate (hall of meat)
Game is a challenge grind.

I do think with some updates this game will be good.

No very well optimized. Even using a 5080/12900k i have a stout build and this game runs 60 FPS in 4k. it doesnt look that good to not max out fps.In RDR2 at max settings i get 120 fps in 4k ultra. Ill wait to play more.

first time ive bought a full price madden game. i wanted to try to play as the RL season is going. the only positive thing i have to say is the music is good. The game feels just like you would expect madden. The same and the previous games. EA is a greed company not focused on gamers. They have the license to make nfl games and give us recycled garbage. i am sad that i gave them money.. please dont be like me.

Ive play this game quite a bit. It feels smooth its getting better with the 2.0 update, but also glitchy when calling your bike back but funny. Over all its fun and jumping is simple and down and up, but learning to implement tricks is tricky and rewarding when you pull it off. Beaver recommends

once you get far enough and start doing heist, nothing but issue crashing. INSANE load times. Some times i wonder if this is a loading screen simulator. Updated my review. its the same
