I really enjoy the sims games, I have owned multiple expansions for the sims 3 on disk and decided to purchase the sims 3 via steam during the sale to try out some new expansions but I have noticed that there are many bugs when playing the sims through steam. The game randomly has lag spikes that the player has to wait through, usually 3 days time for the lag to go away, but will also come back, and I have had several occasions of this game crashing, or it just stops responding and I have to end it via task manager. The sims 3 is a great game but if you want to play this game, purchase it in disk form, not through steam.
