Changed my review to a good one following the good stuff CA did in the last DLC's. I hope they will continue listening to the community because we love this game!

After a year of patching, the game now truly stands where it was supposed to be in its original launch date. Many fixes have been applied including stability fixes, gameplay improvements such as political overlook, and a bran new building chain.

The Grand Campaign features a number of factions from different "races" to play as including the Ancient Powers of Rome, Carthage or Macedon. There are also completely optional DLC's to choose from including faction packs (Nomadic factions, Greek states or Barbarians), or, if you prefer new campaigns to show your power and subjugate your foes, you can choose between Caesar in Gaul (featuring Caesar's conquest of Gaul), Hannibal at the Gates (featuring the Second Punic War between Rome and Carthage) or the brand new campaign which comes with the Emperor Edition; Imperator Augustus (which focuses on the Second Triumvirate and the Roman Civil War that changed Rome into an Empire).

If somehow, you get bored of all this additions, you can always try the hundreds of mods available for the game. The game has alot to offer, for all types of people. All in all, the game is good now, it's just the player to decide what to do. Will you follow the course of history, or change it?
