The values in the tables only replace the values in the files. So, if my mod only changes values B, C, and D, then values A, E, F, etc. will stay at their vanilla number

Thanks for the info dude, so just to clarify, there's no way to assign an AI system to the factions outside of TWeak? That means I'd have to generate an entirely new startpos file if I wanted to make my rebel factions more passive? Or could I edit the startpos with EditSF ? Thanks again.

@cody38, hello old friend. You do need either TWeak. First, you create (or change) the desired personality in the cai_personality_deal_evaluation_deal_component_values_table. This governs what deals they will most likely offer/accept. You can have a nation always accept peace and never want to go to war with this file

Next, you go to cai_task_management_system_task_generator_groups_generators_junctions. From here, you give the AI armies their prioirities. If you want a faction to be only defensive against enemy factions or stupid aggressive, this is the file you want to change.

Third, you go to cai_personalities. In this file, you customize different personality profiles. You can combine the custom personalities you created in the first two files and combine them here.

Lastly, you take this new custom personality you've created and assign it to the faction(s) you want to have it in the factions file of tweak.

Hey, old RTW Modding guy here. I'm reviving one of my mods, which is similar to your 4 houses one, and I'm trying to remember how to assign AIs to specific factions (like making SPQR specifically be more passive.) Do you remember if this was done in TWeak or PFM, if anything? I figured I'd ask the one person who might know.

For me it has made a huge difference in my play-through. As a Rome 1 Player, I sure missed the 4 Roman factions, so I'm sure glad that someone created a mod for that!

Your roman houses mod says it's 2TPY but it's still 4TPY. Also, imperium mods are incompatible with your roman houses mod, even though your mod is only supposed to add factions. Please fix.
