Excellent immersive sim game. The atmosphere and world building are amazing. There were some janky elements but I loved the game. Highly recommend trying or using any mods with it to bring it to modern gameplay standards.

Great game. It's one of my favorite stealth games ever. The funny and hilarious moments you get into are amazing.

This game is an awesome stratagy/RPG online game. Its proof that valve is a very adaptable company that doesn't just make great FPSs. I'll make my reccomendation longer as I get more used to the game. But its a must play for any valve or stratagy fan!!

I played this game back when I was wanting a good military shooter to play and have fun with. I enjoyed it and thought it was great, until i played CSS. Looking back on the game has made me realize how frustrating the game can be. The game has uncontrollable recoil, very small amounts of amo per gun(so you'll be running out alot), lack of variety in the maps, stupid annoying microtransactions for guns, and many other problems. I don't reccomend this game. Its not worth the time or effort you put into it. Just go back to playing Tf2 or CSS.

There isn't enough words to describe how great a game this is. Every aspect of the game has been polished to a mirror shine gameplay and stlye wise. This game has a little bit of everything for every gamer no matter what the playstyle. The true greatness of the game is in how it focuses on the enjoyment and teamwork of the players as opposed to dumb killstreaks and k/d charts. No where on any console or game has there been a greater community and support for this game. The plethora of new hats, weapons, maps, achivements will keep you busy for months while you wait for valve to finnaly realase a sequel to a certain game franchise (I'm looking at you Valve). Games like COD or Halo (even though I'm a halo fan) can't compare to the expirience you will get playing this game. TF2 stands as a testimate to how great PC gaming can be and harkens back to the older, more classic forms of FPS, before they started taking themselves too seriously. This is a must download for any PC gamer.

Me being the Tf2 loving fanatic was hesitant to get into the FPS frenzy that is Counter Strike and the fact it didn't have hats to wear. But what I saw was a beautiful game of no regenerating health, lack of any cover whatsoever, the mechanic of buying weapons, fun mods and maps, etc. Counter strike is a great experience that shows how good valve is at making online FPS and how much better they are at it in comparison to companies like EA and Activision. My complaints with the game is the learning curve, the mind boggleing accuracy of the lowest pistol to headshot you can get annoying, how intence the game can get, the lack of hats, and the less newbie friendly system of matchmaking. But other than those complaints, CSS is a great online shooter expirience that feels smooth as silk with controls and gameplay in comparison to COD or Halo. But I reccomend this title to anyone bored with TF2(that is insane to think that) or anyone wanting to challenge themselves at a new shooter.

This is the game that started one of the best FPS franchises out there today. The gameplay and aspects of this game where years ahead of its time. I no longer enjoy regeneating health, I would much rather duct tape a health pack to my face and go back to killing interdemensional aliens bent on the enslavement of earth. The lack of cutscenes is amazing. The immersion in these games and the others Valve has created sucks you in and keeps you on the edge of your keyboard. Valve has created an innovative new style to games that is shown throughout videogaming. This is a must play for any Valve fan or FPS fan. I can't wait for the next Half life game and whatever game Valve can come up with.
