A wonderful little metroidvania with a definitely old-school vibe. The platforming puzzles are really thought over, and quite challenging, but not to the point of frustration. The game doesn't hold your hand, and made me 'think' for a bit before I was able to progres. The story's nice as well, pretty minimalistic but working just fine. The game doesn't look 'great', but fine for what it does. Plus it's free, which is a bit odd for a game of this quality. Definitely looking forward to future games by this dev.

Very nice game, even surprisingly so, was expecting much less. Everything's just right, it's not too short, but not too long either. The story felt familiar, but somehow still original, same with the battle system. It seems a lot of thought went into balancing, because no grinding was necessary. Strong enemies were manageable when underleveled, but being overleveled still provided sufficient challenge from common fights. Also, the ending, and the (rudimentary but fun) post-game made me smile, which is rare.

Amazingly fun and challenging blend of Sokoban-style crate-pushing, platforming and exploration from Metroidvanias, with tough, abstract puzzles that sometimes had me exerting brain cells having to think a dozen moves in advance for an hour or so, and sometimes made me go 'ooh, it's that simple', after having a good night's sleep. The soundtrack rocks as well, too bad it's not on sale on Steam (yet?).
Now make Full Bore 2. :)
