Hey Viperstar, I've heard as many complaints about you joining games to team kill J and others, and leaving to avoid vote kick, just so you can join back and do it again.

No one is innocent of toxic behaviour in this community, we all say and do things we shouldn't from time to time. It is how we continue to act and behave towards each other that is important. Even those we dislike do not deserve poor treatment.

I chose not to moderate behaviour in the community simply because I do not play enough to experience it first-hand, and my group operates very decentralised - I simply do not have the control to keep everyone behaving sensibly.

While J's ban is unfortunately of his own doing, it is my genuine hope that he returns to the community soon and is able to link up with everyone again. As his friend, I wish to see him come back less toxic than he left - the same goes for many others that need to tone it down.
