Bastion is one of those games that catches you on the first two minutes of playing. Features lots of perks which, even if we are used to it, the game itself just gives you a well-rounded complete experience, be it you want a challenging game or just a good hearing at the beautiful story of the tribulations your character has to complete. Providing of beautiful, aesthetic and well-done stages where the action takes place, accompanied by astounding and fitting soundtracks for each of them, you will feel an unbelievable harmony throughout all the game. The story, on the other side will captivate you; every finding, every bit of information that will come to fill you in of what happened (and what is happening) on every minute will expand the picture of what you are doing, and the motivation of your character. The variety of weapons and powerups (in form of pretty clever liquor names), as well as techniques and characters, along the freedom of chosing whatever two weapons you desire, will make your gameplay a blast as whatever you feel like sporting any given second; ber it you want to feel like the sharpest bowman, the fastest gunslinger or even a badass guy with a full-automatic repeater, choices are vast. The icing on the cake is the perfect noir-like voice and style narrator that goes with you during the whole experience (If you ever liked Sin City [movie] narration style, you will fall in love with this one), will eliminate every bit of anything you could find repetitive or boring. Bastion, in a few words, is a game to remember.
